Rung (Mario Muarer), the young cartoonist who is a neighbour downstairs is eager to pursue Buppah for her tutorial help in his studies but got rejected due to unsuitable time. Once the police discover about the illegal gambling in the apartment, one policeman from Hong Kong is assigned to catch the culprits involved.
