The documentary is a journey with the dancer and choreographer António Tavares to the various islands in search of the dances spread throughout the archipelago, from traditional rhythms to contemporary styles. An encounter with other dancers, musicians and several people who keep stories and knowledge of dances and rhythms brought from other places that gave origin to several genres that enriched the Cape Verdean genesis.
