Tom takes out an Apprehended Violence Order against Brett Hill to keep him away from his wife but after Niki is released from hospital, Brett tracks her down at the Hudson farm and convinces her to come home with him. Soon after arriving back at the farm, another argument breaks out, but this time the outcome is fatal.
