One by one, Benjo and his family manages to leave the Governor's mansion but Emman catches up to him and is out for revenge. At Emman's gunpoint, Benjo pleads for his life and his family's. But Emman shoots him in cold blood. After, Emman goes to Senator Paglinawan and exposes Angela Go Ming and the Triad's plans for the Magdiwang Port using evidence that he gained from Benjo's corpse. Angela Go Ming is arrested and the Magdiwang Port Project is shut down all thanks to Emman who is now a state witness against the Triad. All of which have fallen into place as part of Benjo's escape plan after he managed to convince Emman to spare his life. Benjo is on the verge of leaving the Philippines with his family but the authorities catch up to them and arrest Benjo for all his involvement with the Magdiwang Port scandal. Benjo is sent to a Maximum-Security Prison where he will have to go back to being a lowly barber to survive.
