Later during a role call, Mitch is surprised to find out that Alex has hired a new maintenance person. Her name is Jessie Owens. Everyone likes her at first, especially Cody and J.D. While they are on patrol, they are surprised to see Jessie jumping off a pier. It turns out that she wants to become a stuntwoman.
Later, it turns out that Jessie is the phantom lifeguard when she rescues a little girl named Beth and then disappears mysteriously. But Jessie turns out to be a bad maintenance person and she is fired when the lifeguard clothes has shrunk to infant size, and tons of soap bubbles start bubbling out of the washing machine and onto the floor and t
