三好施針成功慢慢康復，翠雲與雪霞亦因三好而和好。 素恩死後司設房司一職懸空多時，綺文欲升任此職而向尚宮局各人討好一番，婉瑩與妙芬雖對綺文心存妒忌，但仍笑面相對，綺文亦因此而沾沾自喜。
