Scoop's assignment is to mix concrete to complete the parking lot, and he decides he wants to experiment too. Bob and Wendy are having fun tasting milkshakes, so they aren't aware that Scoop is mixing all kinds of crazy materials into the concrete in an effort to make the parking lot look fun. The next morning, Scoop enthusiastically rolls into the parking lot, only to notice that the concrete isn't dry. Now they have to start all over! Bob gives Scoop the 'proper' colorful materials to mix into the concrete. Soon it is dry, and looks just as terrific as Chef Tattie's Milk Shake Bar.
