Beautii, a true veteran of the ATL hair scene, has survived with cunning and cleverness. She has plenty of ambition and loves a good money-making plan, but doesn't always follow the rules and play nice. Dedra, a polished professional in appearance, drives a wedge into Maja's strategy when her hot temper creates a rift in this circle of businesswomen. Her weave expert, LaKenya, befriends the other salon owners as she follows her dream to open her own salon, but quickly alienates them with her shifting alliances.
