Marcelo is embarrassed about how he looks and feels ashamed of his acne when others call him ''Pepperoni Face.'' But finally, a dream deferred becomes a dream come true, thanks to the confidence an Extreme Makeover creates. Now Lachele and Marcelo leave their homes and travel to the ''Makeover Mansion'' and get a chance to take care of themselves, after helping so many others
