The pool player is hoping to make enough money to marry his fiancee. It turns out that he knows nothing about the curse, and it is his fiancee that is killing people so that he will eventually murder her. Eventually he finds out, and she kills him. The woman is locked up and Micki and Johnny recover the cue.
