Not only did Morgan kill Grady, but he's been killing the man's descendants, ''the best and brightest of each generation,'' ever since. And of course, Nick's client is next on his list. Amanda tries to keep Morgan and Nick from meeting, but eventually Nick tracks Morgan to his silver shop, where he manages to shoot a pane of glass which falls and severs Morgan's head.
