Knowing that things have to change, the family decides to move to Mikal's native Norway, where the commute to his new job will be reasonable, and family roots will fill the gaps in between. But with extremely limited housing options in the tiny town of Aurland, and Mikal's job still two hours away in the city of Bergen, the family will have to decide if the roots they're recasting are better set in a tiny town, or the big city.
