George is worried about his wife's expensive tastes getting out of hand, and since he is the one postponing retirement to help finance their retreat, he wants to keep things to his 1.2 million dollar budget. But with homes in pricey Huatulco at a premium, real estate agent Valerie Verhalen will have a tough time keeping George's sticker shock to a minimum.
