But once they put their plan in action south of the boarder, they discovered the area's popularity had pushed the average cost of a beachside two-bedroom home above their $150,000 budget. And to make matters worse, Jaime's desire for the perfect surfer's pad clashed with Brunela's fiscal concerns.
