And although Jen and Stan were able to agree on Raleigh, North Carolina, choosing a house is a different story. Stan wants a completely new, smaller place with no maintenance whatsoever, but is not opposed to a townhouse. Jen wants a larger place that has character, with a screened-in porch, and she'll by no means consider anything with shared walls. Will the couple find a place that suits both of them, or will they spend another 9 years searching?
