Noah suspect's one of the contestants of being a free-lance agent, who took advantage of the opportunity, stole the microdot, and is negotiating to sell it to the highest bidder. Noah sends Al to the pageant undercover, replacing Eric Zerko, Target Magazine's top reporter and fashion photographer.
