Salome meets John the Baptist in the river. Herodíade arrives and tries to distract Batista. André and Filipe note his absence. Herodias tries to seduce John the Baptist and pretends that he was attacked by him. Antipas and his commander, Hector, arrive at the scene and threaten the boy.
