Things get worse when a blunder by Kotori causes a budget request from the Art Club to be approved ahead of a meeting, becoming met with resistance when they attempt to withdraw it. Despite Eli offering to help, Honoka and the others decide to sort out the crisis themselves, apologizing for the mix up and sorting out a budget draft for all the clubs. In the process, Honoka manages to get back to her old weight, with Eli and Nozomi left assured that the student council is in good hands.
