To make sure they live up to her high standards she creates some testing cooking in some unusual locations and opens doors into Melbourne’s finest restaurants for a sneak peek of the kitchens these troubled kids dream of one day ruling.
When two of the team, Ben and Aaron take Poh on a journey into their homeless past she is shocked at the world these talented youths have come from. Back in the restaurant they work together to create a night for a special guest list to celebrate their inspiring journey from the street to the kitchen.
