In Times Square, Spidey spins his special, electricity-resistant webbing formula to form a large net, then webs a personal shield to deflect one of Electro's bolts so that the bolt blasts a hole through a wooden ledge. Electro, walking confidently toward Spidey, falls through the hole and into the net, where Spidey's electricity-resistant webbing traps Electro for police to recapture him.
