The girls even present Cody with a secret weapon to get the girls' votes -- a leather jacket. The only other candidate, Stevie Blum, is so desperate that he just wants to be able to get 1 vote. Later, at a debate, Victor and Cody battle it out, and when Stevie finally gets a chance to speak, he says he has his 'one vote' -- and suddenly Morgan appears and says that she could never go out with any guy who didn't vote for Stevie. It's a landslide victory for Stevie!
