He wants to ask her out, but doesn't have the courage. The next day, Emily tells Cody a story about her aunt who wanted to be a dancer. Cody then decides he doesn't want to hold Grace back from her dream. That night, Emily throws a ''Welcome Back Grace'' party where Cody tells Grace that she is making a mistake by not going. The next morning they say their last goodbyes.
