It turns out that during Randy's sentence, his attorney assumed the title of his ranch, The Silver Arrow, this leads Gene to believe that Randy was framed. The attorney is forming a lynching for Randy, who is hidden by Gene. He ambushes a caf'e owner, and the sheriff clears Randy's name.
