However, many of the rescued are deeply traumatized and long for their boxes. Xanthippe discovers and attacks them, and is about to prevent their escape when Benkei rams her. With prompting from Tsutsuji, Benkei further helps the rebels, along with Takane, who has broken Nerval's control. Benkei escapes with everyone on board and jumps to the Innsmouth Reef, where they see Leopard.
