It is an emotional moment for Chris, Kacey and her family when baby Seren is finally delivered.
For 15-year-old Toni, being pregnant has been a bit of a struggle. No longer with the father of her baby, she has left school and doesn't like the attention her bump attracts. But Toni does have the support of her family and is hoping life will turn around once the baby is born.
