With Ryan unable to use his V.R.Power and transform, he is trapped underwater with his air running out. J.B. and Kaitlin must find a way to reach Ryan and destroy the underwater lab that is manufacturing the substance before it's too late. With time running out, J.B. drills through the bedrock to enter the lab without passing through the water, and then he and Kaitlin destroy Octobot to neutralize the substance to enable Ryan to transform out at the last moment.
