While they sleep, bandits enter their night camp. Not finding anything of value, they intend to kill Mr. Garcia, but the coward exchanges his life for the knowledge they could sell Candy to child traffickers and runs off, leaving Candy with the bandits at the camp. But Mr. Garcia's conscience plays up and he returns for a daring rescue. Having managed to save both Candy and the cart, Mr Garcia did something for someone else for the first time in his life. But just then a motorist arrives out of nowhere, seizes Candy and Klint, and rushes off at a fast pace into the sunset
