When Vera suddenly discovers that Diana herself had a motive for her husband's murder, the chief inspector has to doubt the credibility of the witness. In addition to the investigation, Vera Lanz has to fight for her own credibility.The death of multiple murderer Christian Farron, whom the chief inspector claims to have shot in self-defense, is being investigated by internal investigator Dominik Schneider. Vera Lanz and her colleagues Jan Trompeter and Paul Böhmer as well as senior public prosecutor Dr. Seitz have to take a stand. Four episodes of 'Die Chefin' will be broadcast on Fridays at 8:15 p.m.
