She cries out, but it seems like no one is going to help her. Then, Herbert returns. He rescues her from the gutter. Penelope gets a ride on Hamtaro and seems to have made a new friend. Meanwhile, the gang is in a forest, talking with Jingle. As they talk, Herbert comes rushing in, with Penlope riding on him. Everybody notices how Penelope seems to have made friends with Herbert.
