Tooter and Daffney go off to search for the Snorks. Inside the monster, they all meet Galeo's old friend who was trapped in for 20 years. He had a plan of counteracting the sound of the Piperfish, but he now has a chance to put his plan in action with the help of the Snorks. Tooter finds out about the monster and plays his music to free the Snorks. It's an all-out musical war, but Tooter wins.
