the Grunges, and Leota all just happen to show up, and a Grungeball game
ensues.
Teddy's team wins the game, and everyone finally wishes the Illiop a
happy birthday. Meanwhile, MAVO attempts to make gold with the formula Jack gave them -- which Jack tells Eleanor and LB is a fake. Jack tries to make gold with the 'real' recipe, and neither he nor MAVO are successful. Quellor declares that Jack will pay for his treachery.
