Meanwhile, Roger investigates the hoax call made to Ramani's ex-boyfriend with a less than tactical approach, and Tony and Reg attend the scene when Alan Kennedy is found badly beaten in his home, and Sam and Terry discover the man responsible is a friend of Kennedy's first victim.
