瀚韜要求飛虎隊員訓練，從天台跳下救生氣墊上，學禮見文強望着高處表情有異。其後，學禮見文強危立天台，喝止她跳下去，因而令文強扭傷腳踝，並發現她有畏高。
卓嬅偵查一宗非法收受外圍賭博的巢穴時，竟有人突然墮樓身亡，而天台上竟有其他人士，令卓嬅起疑。
學禮送文強返回圍村收租，遇上文強兒時玩伴鄧福齊，福齊投考警察不成，卻愛以警察自居，維持村內治安，視保護母親及村民服務為己任。學禮與其他隊員趁假日，到圍村替齊母修葺被村中惡霸搞垮的瓜棚，因而發現村長兒子有田利用福齊，騙去齊母田地屋契。福齊因連累母失去家園而躲藏於祠堂橫樑上，文強因而對學禮說出往事。
見識飛虎 望成一員
福齊自從於祠堂被飛虎隊員所救後，羨慕眾人威風，竟跟蹤文強，到瀚韜家向他申請入伍，瀚韜知他並無惡意，遂表示以一年為試用期，要福齊遇罪惡發生時即要報警，福齊樂於答允。樹輝重返飛虎隊當後援，眾人欣喜。
學禮替文強向瀚韜申請調職至飛虎行動組，為鼓勵她克服心理障礙，更與她一起從高空墮進氣墊上。福齊以飛虎隊員自居，往找有田要取回屋契，卻遭有田及其手下戲弄，更被炮仗弄傷，其後齊母及學禮等發現其身上傷痕，齊母心痛不已。
囂張惹事 該受教訓
有田聽聞雲超之酒吧有美艷空姐出現，專程到來見慧慧，並上前調戲她，慧慧避走，卓源挺身以男朋友身分保護慧慧，惹怒有田。有田得悉雲超與瀚韜關係，刻意在酒吧搞事更企圖勒索，瀚韜欲教訓他，卻被雲超制止，雲超更因而弄傷腰骨，最後由寶蓮擺平事件 ，有田恥笑瀚韜。
慧慧有感事件因她而起，向雲超一家道歉，雲超等明白瀚韜需遵守
