文強雖為後勤支援隊員，仍努力不懈鍛鍊自己的體能。霞姐為免兒子少聰再誤入歧途，到酒吧求雲超為兒子覓得一職，卻惹怒寶蓮。寶蓮重提舊事，指當年雲超因放走黑道大哥，害死少聰之父，雲超亦因而無奈提早退休。瀚韜欲向雲超證實母親所言是否屬實，雲超卻不願多提，只希望給人一線生機。寶蓮對於雲超為補償當年的過失答應霞姐收留有案底的少聰，以及瀚韜收留分手戀人慧慧，感到氣憤難平。

卓源以為慧慧已放開感情事，應邀到瀚韜家吃飯，不料，慧慧向卓源大獻殷勤，更向他表示終有一天會感動他，令卓源大感為難。少聰首天上班便遲到早退，並且態度惡劣，令寶蓮不滿。瀚韜與一眾飛虎隊員到卡拉OK替文強慶祝生日，文強在走廊遭黑幫分子國文調戲，眾人聞聲而至，瀚韜發現少聰跟國文在一起，並訛稱因母親有病而早退，大感氣憤。文強為生日許願，希望終有一天加入飛虎隊行動組。飛虎隊員加操游繩訓練，文強加入，學禮挑戰她，還表示要讓賽，結果二人旗鼓相當，學禮因有言在先而被嘲諷。
少聰領悟 秘技竅門
雲超見少聰無所事事，着他跟古成學做酒保的秘技，雖然少聰表現出態度不屑，卻暗暗研究調酒。學禮無意中發現文強申請加入飛虎隊行動組，竟着她不要浪費時間，文強氣極並命令他守秘。寶蓮發現少聰偷酒吧的錢給國文，表示要報警，雲超竟替少聰隱瞞罪行，寶蓮一怒之下離家出走，到卓源家暫住，卓嬅亦因此欲證實警署中人對雲超的傳聞。古成勸雲超向寶蓮認錯，雲超不允，二人討論期間，少聰向他們展示已掌握古成的伎倆。卓嬅到酒吧欲向少聰套取國文與其老大亨叔在社團中內訌的消息，雲
