Back at Duel Academy, Leo sends Sora on a mission to capture Selena. The next day, Yuya and the other remaining duelists learn that the championship's third round will be a Battle Royale across the entire city, in which duelists can obtain Pendulum Cards. This is revealed to be a plan by Declan to distract the Junior Youth duelists while the Youth class fight against any invaders.
